Shuko in New York City has established itself as one of the premier restaurants in one of the world’s premier cities for exquisite dining experiences. Part of what makes Shuko so revered is that it offers an intimate and exclusive evening because of its small size. So what could be better than reservations at Shuko? How about an exclusive buyout of the NYC hotspot for up to 20-25 guests? Still want something more? Our premium Shuko culinary experience includes not only a special omakase menu and signature wine and sake pairings, but the event will be curated by none other than Shuko’s chef and owner, the world-renowned Nick Kim.
This once-in-a-lifetime evening will kick off with welcome cocktails and passed bites and then include an intimate culinary demonstration by Chef Kim along with pictures, autographs and the chance to ask for some tips to use in your own kitchen. A content team will also be on site to capture all the highlights, including a whiskey toast to bring the memorable evening to a close.
Chef Nick Kim received his early training in some of Europe’s finest restaurants and under the tutelage of some of the world’s best chefs. After a stint in Los Angeles, Kim earned accolades as head chef at Masa before joining forces with Jimmy Lau to bring Shuko to fruition. The result has been one of the most highly acclaimed Japanese dining spots not just in the Big Apple but anywhere on the planet.
The team at Zinc has the talent and connections to provide service that is second-to-none when it comes to coordinating pre-event details and managing the event itself to make sure everything is just right. Any chance to dine at Shuko is sure to be memorable, but our VIP Shuko Experience with Chef Nick Kim is something truly special that you and your guests will never forget.
