About Michael Voltaggio

Chef Michael Voltaggio has been in the kitchen since he was 15 years old and by 21, he completed his formal training at the Greenbrier Culinary Apprenticeship Program.  After immersing himself into classical techniques and cooking precision, Voltaggio found his craft later earning a Michelin Star and multiple 4-star reviews.

As a Top Chef winner,  Michael was also a finalist for the James Beard “Best New Restaurant” in 2009 and garnered the title “best new Chef” in 2010 for his work in the LA culinary community.
