Over the past 15 years, Goldman’s name has become synonymous with remarkable and imaginative cakes. Until Duff burst onto the culinary scene, few chefs would have thought about using blow torches and power tools in the cake kitchen, but it became a common occurrence at Goldman’s Charm City Cakes in Baltimore, and now everyone tries to duplicate his success. While you can learn a fair amount watching him do his magic on TV, you can get insider’s access to his brilliant culinary mind with our Duff Goldman Baking Experience.
Our “Baking Edition” of the Duff Goldman Digital Dining Experience is a fully immersive event featuring Duff with a professional video production team on site. The event will include Duff taking you through a fully interactive baking and decorating class during which you will not just watch but also participate in with the ability to make live comments and ask questions. We’ll also send you in advance a custom developed baking set with all the necessary ingredients so that you can bake right along with Duff, including a digitally designed recipe card. Plus, you will also receive a Duff Goldman signed cookbook or Charm City Cakes swag bag so that you will always have a keepsake from the event.
We can’t guarantee that you will create a world-class cake during our Duff Goldman Digital Baking Experience, but you will certainly be able to raise the level of your cake-baking game while having the once-in-a-lifetime chance to personally interact with the Ace of Cakes himself, Duff Goldman.

Duff Goldman is a chef and artist known for his dazzling, creative approach to food and his awesome stories describing the simple science of baking. Duff starred on the hit Food Network show Ace of Cakes, set in his bakery, Charm City Cakes. He now has cake studios in Baltimore and Los Angeles. You can watch Duff bake and decorate on Food Network’s Duff Takes the Cake and mentor bakers on Kids Baking Championship. Duff believes we can discover our inner creativity and celebrate with each other through the fun of baking!
