Assistant, Experience Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of our sales database
  • Identify new accounts to target and research relevant contact information
  • Work with sales team to grow our current account lists
  • Execute regular outreach on existing clients to foster and maintain positive relationships through outbound phone calls and strategic email communications
  • Keep track of upcoming events and create lists based on locations, titles, etc.
  • Assist with data entry from business cards, conference lists, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SalesForce.com or similar CRM application
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels inside and outside the organization
