Assistant, Experience Sales
- Assist with the management of our sales database
- Identify new accounts to target and research relevant contact information
- Work with sales team to grow our current account lists
- Execute regular outreach on existing clients to foster and maintain positive relationships through outbound phone calls and strategic email communications
- Keep track of upcoming events and create lists based on locations, titles, etc.
- Assist with data entry from business cards, conference lists, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SalesForce.com or similar CRM application
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels inside and outside the organization
